-5 kilogram of fresh and peeled kiwi.
-Half a kilogram of sugar.
-5 liters of water
Peel and chop kiwi fruit, put it in a blender and mix finely.
Then strain the mixture through a thick sieve to release more juice. Then, boil the water, when the water boils wait for it to cool.
Add the cooled water into the juice of kiwi add and then add half a kg of sugar. Mix for about 20 minutes until the sugar is completely melted. Sterilize glass bottles into which you pour the homemade kiwi juice and put it in the fridge. Before using the juice, dilute it with water.
