Notice: baking soda must not be used if you are on a low sodium diet unless under supervision. Home remedies with baking soda can exhaust your daily amounts of minerals and vitamins. In some cases, it may even interfere with some prescribed medications, so always consult a doctor first. Only use baking soda after it’s dissolved in liquids and never take it in a powder form. Do not use it for more than two weeks without checking with a doctor. Baking soda must not be used by pregnant or lactating women as well.
