- ¼ cup of almond butter;
- ½ tsp of vanilla extract;
- 1 tbsp. of coconut oil;
- 1 cup medjool dates (remove pits);
- 2 tbsp. of hemp seeds;
- ½ cup of raw almonds;
- ½ cup plus 2 tbsp. of shredded coconut (unsweetened);
- ¼ tsp of fine grain sea salt;
- ¼ tsp of allspice;
- ¼ tsp of ground cloves;
- ¼ tsp of ground black pepper;
- ½ tsp of ground cardamom;
- 1 tsp of ground ginger;
- 1 tsp of ground cinnamon.
How to prepare it: toast 2 tbsp. of shredded coconut until they become light brown in color. Put the almonds and ½ cup of the shredded coconut into a food processor until they are completely ground.
