PREPARATION OF RADISHSYRUP
The piquant radish accelerates the metabolism, reduces the fatigue and at the same time it is excellent for the development of good bacteria in the stomach.
- 125 gr. of piquant radish
- 4 lemons
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons of cinnamon
- 1 ginger root (of about 2 cm)
- Mix the radish and the ginger in a blender.
- Squeeze the lemonjuice and add it into the blender.
- Blend from 2 to 3 minutes. Then, add the 3 tablespoons of honey and the 2 tablespoons of cinnamon.
- Mix everything again to obtain the syrup.
- Put the syrup in a glass bottle.
