Therefore, it is very important to follow a healthy, alkaline diet to be able to repair the balance in the body, accelerate healing, and support your well-being.

 – Your alkaline diet should be based on organic leafy green vegetables primarily, cabbages and cauliflower, broccoli, spices and herbs, root vegetables, beans, seeds and nuts, peas and lentils, onions, garlic, chives and leek, and non-gluten grains such as rice in smaller amounts.

— Avoid glutinous grains as gluten triggers inflammation. You should not ingest high-gluten grains such as rye, whole grains, whole grains, and pasta, bread, cereals, cookies, cakes, muffins, crackers, and other baked goods.

Simply replace them with non-gluten grains such as quinoa, buckwheat, and amaranth. Also, eliminate “gluten free” prepared products, given that they have added sugars or processed oils.
