The most efficient way of keeping your body fit and burning excess fat is cardio. The advantage of this program is that you can do it at home without any additional stimulators.
You don’t even need a lot of space to do the exercises, a few square meters will be sufficient.
The program consists of 9 exercises which you will have to do only once and which will take only one minute each.
This routine is excellent for people who don’t have enough time to go to the gym, but also as anadditional training. You will save plenty of time and see great results after just two weeks of exercising.
High Knees –one minute

Plank Jacks-one minute

Frog Jumps-one minute

Single Leg Hops-one minute each leg

Jumping Jacks-one minute

Speed Skaters-one minute

Jump Rope-one minute

Barrier Jumps-one minute

Plie Ups-30 seconds

Do the exercises at least five times a week and you will see the results in two weeks’ time.
