Take 1 glass water

Add 1 big spoon of cumin seeds in this water

Leave it overnight

Next morning boil this water and drink it as your morning tea empty stomach

Mix a pinch of cumin powder, black salt and asafotida

Add this mixture in 1/2 bowl of curd and consume it
