– 1 liter of pasteurized milk
– 45 milliliters of freshly squeezed lemonade
– 1 pinch of salt
– spices like dry chili, oregano and pepper
– 100 cc of plain yogurt
– 2 spoon of cream

First, put the milk in a stainless steel pot and leave it to boil. Then, after it has boiled, put it to rest for 20 minutes. After it has cooled, add the lemonade, cream and yogurt and stir for about 10 minutes. Put it over medium heat. Wait until limps of curd that will be separated from the liquid are created. Then, add the salt and stir everything well.
Next, pour this mixture in a colander with a gauze or cheese cloth and leave it to filtrate the whey well. At this moment, you should add the spices. In the end, you have to knead the buttery dough and place it in a container. Keep it in your fridge.
