The human body consists of water about 50 – 70% and the loss of only one to two percent of the liquid leads to dehydration. Dehydration disrupts normal bodily functions.

The protracted dehydration of the body can manifest with a wrinkled, dry and lackluster skin. Therefore increased fluid intake results in a fresh look and healthy skin glow.

  • Headaches

Constant mild headache is an indicator of dehydration. And so before taking an analgesic for a headache, first get a drink of a glass water to quench thirst.

HOW MUCH IS ENOUGH WATER CONSUME

 Climatic conditions and more.

The general rule is that men should drink 2.6 liters of water per day or about 10 glass, and women need 2.1 liters water per day or about 8 glass. But this simple math is not taken into consideration so because through food import large quantities of liquid.
