Bronchitis is an infection causing inflammation and irritation to the main airways of the lungs. The symptoms of bronchitis include noise leakage or plugged nose. The main cause is cigarette smoking, which irritates the bronchial tubes and causes them to produce excess mucus.

This is the best proven remedy for bronchitis, dry and chronic cough in children and adults. For preparation you need only two ingredients: black radish and honey.


For this recipe you will need one big black radish of 400-500 grams, high-quality honey, or if you don`t have honey, if you are allergic you can use sugar. But, it is recommended to use honey.


1.Wash the radish well and let it dry. If it is not flat, cut its little lower part, to stand straight.

2.Cut the upper part, which we will need later.

3.Make a hole in the radish, leaving the walls 2cm thick. Put 2 spoons of honey, so that more of half of the hole is filled. If there is allergy to honey, put four spoons of sugar.

4.Put a lid – on the upper cut off part. Leave it to stand overnight.

How to use it:

You should use this syrup in the morning.

Children: 1 teaspoon, 4-5 times a day before meal.

Adults: 1 tbsp, 4-5 times a day, few minutes before meal.

You will finish the syrup during the day. In the evening, add honey in the same radish. The same radish can be used 2-3 times max. Then, you need to use another radish.

Need to pay attention people who have diabetes and children because large amount of honey can cause allergic reaction.

This homemade syrup will quickly cure you from a dry and persistent cough, bronchitis and it will help you to remove phlegm from your lungs. It is very tasty  so children will accept it with pleasure.
