Ingredients :

  • 250 ml water
  • 1 cup instant oatmeal
  • 40 g honey
  • 2 cups of sliced pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup of fresh natural orange juice
  • 7 g cinnamon
  • 40 g crushed almonds


Preparation :

Here’s what you need to do – first, you need to cook the oatmeal. Then, you need to squeeze the juice from the pineapple chunks. Add the orange juice, cinnamon, honey and almonds into a blender. When it’s still on, you need to add the oatmeal and add the pineapple juice in the blender. Blend again until you get nice and smooth mixture.
